50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING
A 50% Deposit of the total balance is required before your booking is confirmed with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Should you cancel your booking, any deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable.
Please note, bookings for arrival within 14 days, full payment will be required at time of booking. This is non-refundable / non-transferrable in all cases.
Veterinary attention charges within our care
Weekdays (9am - 6pm) - 1 hour minimum.

Out-of-hours, evenings, nights, weekends & bank holidays - 1 hour minimum.

Christmas & New Year Supplement Fee
A Christmas supplement fee applies to all bookings that include the Christmas and New Year period.
If your booking covers Christmas only, the Christmas supplement fee still applies.
If your booking covers New Year's Day only, the supplement will be reduced to double the standard daily rate.
£300 per dog kennel suite(This price covers the suite, regardless of how many dogs from the same family are sharing.)

MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
£2 per day medication administration (2 drugs only).
WOODLAND WALK SERVICE
Dogs will have access to their own individual enclosed run plus 45 minutes of free run (off
lead) exercise per day in our secure, enclosed enrichment paddock (coming soon) included
within the boarding fees. Further, off site woodland on lead/harness walks (see
wellbeing
for further details) are available at an extra charge of:

All prices include:
- Thermostatically controlled heating.
- Food is included (excluding veterinary-prescribed foods). Premium options such as raw or high-end tinned foods will incur an additional surcharge. Please enquire.
- Administration of medication, however, please note this may incur an extra charge depending on complexity and regularity. A full telephone consultation and assessment will be given prior to booking acceptance.
- All enrichment toys, feeding bowls and bedding (changed daily) are supplied by Imberpark. Please note we do not accept belongings, we are here to look after your pet, not their belongings!
