Imberpark is situated near Shepperton, Middlesex. The hotel is easily accessible via major roads and motorways (M3, M25, A3 & A4) making it an ideal choice not only for Middlesex, but Heathrow, London, Greater London and Home Counties.

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING

A 50% Deposit of the total balance is required before your booking is confirmed with the remaining balance to be paid on arrival. Should you cancel your booking, any deposit paid is non-refundable or transferable.

Please note, bookings for arrival within 14 days, full payment will be required at time of booking. This is non-refundable / non-transferrable in all cases.

BANK HOLIDAY SUPPLEMENTS

Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day are charged at double rate per dog / per day.

Extras

WOODLAND WALK SERVICE

Dogs will have access to their own individual enclosed run plus 45 minutes of free run (off lead) exercise per day in our secure, enclosed enrichment paddock (coming soon) included within the boarding fees. Further, off site woodland on lead/harness walks (see wellbeing for further details) are available at an extra charge of:

£8.00 per 45 mins + VAT

BATHING SPRITZER

Why not make the most of our facilities and book a refreshing bath spritzer service leaving your dog clean and fresh ready for your return.

£18.00 per dog + VAT

All prices include:

• Thermostatically controlled heating.
• All food, subject to availability from our on extensive on-site pet store (excluding veterinary prescribed foods)
• Administration of medication, however, please note this may incur an extra charge depending on complexity and regularity. A full telephone consultation and assessment will be given prior to booking acceptance.
• All enrichment toys, feeding bowls and bedding (changed daily) are supplied by Imberpark. Please note we do not accept belongings, we are here to look after your pet, not their belongings!
